Existing business model
MEUBLIO is a children furniture company that targets young parents from big cities. Affordable prices, flat packs, quality materials, made in Austria.
The company wants to adopt a circular business model and asked us where they should make changes.

Circular business model
Different changes will allow the furniture to have a longer life, some of them:
- Modular design
- Refurbishment and sale of used products
- Availability of spare parts
- Subscription option
The use of only recyclable and compostable materials will reduce the impact even when the products reach their end of life.
