Innovation Lab is is a grassroots initiative and a virtual Community of Open innovators inside Porsche Engineering. The mission of the community is to build connections, foster innovation and offer support. Pushing members to discover and learn new things and think outside the box is our daily business.

The Community was created at the end of 2020 as a solution to the lack of casual conversations after many months of remote work.

Community Mission

When defining the mission of the community the main ingredients to always include are the effect ad change the community enables for the members and their surrounding environment. It is imperative to focus on the opportunities the community opens rather than what the community does.
