AIR-TAXI USER JOURNEY

In collaboration with a team of passionate individuals pioneering in mobility, we collaborated on crafting a preliminary blueprint for a potential user experience of air-taxis in the future. This workshop was conducted entirely online, utilizing various methodologies from both traditional disciplines like design thinking, as well as unconventional ones such as improv. Additionally, we began with a worldbuilding exercise to establish a shared perspective among each team member while remaining open to the unique viewpoints of all participants involved.
