In this role I supported our customers in defining their vision for the future and building the roadmap towards it.
My focus was on the future(s) of mobility, in-car entertainment, media, HR digitalization and digital agencies.
I supported the creation of an emerging technologies hub and developed AI-powered foresight and innovation services.

Senior e-mobility engineer, Agile coach and
Founder Innovation Lab
In this time I successfully delivered prototypes of hybrid and electric vehicles including sports-cars, SUVs, buses, trucks, air taxis.
In the last 2 years I additionally coached different SW development teams in the agile transformation.
During the lockdown of 2020 I founded a company-wide innovation community to facilitate the exchange of ideas and mutual support.

Product Manager
Together with the founder I define the strategy of the product, as an event and competition, adapting to the market and boundary conditions changes with our customers' satisfaction as main driver.
Moreover I am the product owner of the competition management SW and lead the operations team.

Co-Founder and Business Development
During the start-up phase I developed the business model and business plan, based on market research and context and competitors analysis.
I also built and maintained the website and social media accounts.
After opening I implemented different campaigns for recruiting and retention of members, managing to have a stable growth of +10% members each month in the first 2 years and maintaining the customer base until the 2020 lockdown.

AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI
Powertrain R&D Engineer and
Simultaneous Engineering Team Leader
Developed from prototype to series production the V12 Aventador engine, matching weight and performance goals. Among my tasks were 1D and 3D CFD simulations, exhaust system design and suppliers management.

Project Manager
Managed the prototype development of 10 different brake disc projects, for english and german brands, with a focus on high performance cars.
